Particular Features of Innovative Policy of the Cheboksary Plant of Generators " Electrom". At all times the mechanical engineering determined development and the level of all industrial complexes. Manufacture of autotractor technics as the major branch has an especial urgency. Defining autotractor technics as the means of production, it’s easy to notice its role in a domestic production, which simultaneously also means the high state importance of the branch - manufacturer of such technics.For today direct manufacturers of autotractor technics received the great attention in domestic periodicals. Practically to each expert are known, such enterprises, as VTP, KhTP, ChPIT, ChTP, etc. However it is necessary to note, that not the last role in formation of autotractor technics is played by the enterprises, providing assembly manufactures of the enumerated above produces by accessories and semifinished items, in a word, enterprises - accessory manufacturers, carrying out cooperation deliveries to factories of tractor and automobile mechanical engineering.One of the most responsible positions in the list of accessories are components of an electric equipment of the power unit, basic and crucial part of which is the generating unit.Now in Russia and in the near foreign countries it is totaled less than five industrial enterprises specializing on release of such electrotechnical production.One of such enterprises is the Cheboksary Plant of generators "Electrom". The batch production of generators on it has been mastered in 1980 for a series of industrial tractors T-330, T-500, T-25.01, etc., produced at the Cheboksary Plant of Industrial Tractors. In 1992 under support of the government of Chuvashia manufacture of generators has been allocated into the separate enterprise. In the same year it was started the manufacture of brushless generators of mark G700 for the Vladimir, Chelyabinsk and Minsk tractor plants. And since 2000 the plant "Electrom" makes more than 40 names of generators for autotractor technical equipment, combines, ship diesel engines and their other modifications.Today serial Cheboksary’ generators G700, G1000, G3000 and their modifications find the application not only in autotractor technics, but also in automobile UAZ, buses MAZ, NefAZ, Ikarys and LIAZ, also they are delivered at Volgograd, Pavlodar and the Kharkov tractor factories, on assembly manufacture of the Lipetsk plants, of the Southern machine-building factory, at Rybinsk and Vladimir motor manufactures, and also at the Kharkov, Barnaul and Minsk motor plants.Proceeding from existing practice of deliveries it is possible to conclude, that applicability of Cheboksary’s generators is rather wide and the plant constantly works under its development.The present stage of development of market attitudes in Russia in many respects defines development of a domestic industrial complex. There is no necessity to define a role of the industry as a basis of national safety of any state, its competitiveness at a foreign market. The main component of such success is uniqueness and high quality of made production. All generators have passed operational tests and are certificated. On generators of series G700 the first certificate has been received in 1996. Work on certification has included both carrying out of tests of generators, and certification of industrial base. Now works on certification of production are conducted according to standards of series ISO 9001. |
